Former Vice President, Global Key Accounts at Kerry Ingredients, Simon led a 20+ strong EU GKA team and managed a €450M+ portfolio across Nestlé, Unilever, Danone, PepsiCo, Mars (Kellanova), Abbott and Reckitt — refocusing the global pipeline toward proteins, enzymes, probiotics, flavours and preservation.
Through Redshaw Consultancy Ltd, he partners with organisations seeking to introduce cutting-edge technologies, expand routes to market, strengthen customer partnerships, and commercialise sustainable ingredients across the UK and EU.
